Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Estri Healthcare ("Estri", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Estri mobile app and the website periodstracker.com (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Estri app, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country, to create an account and use the Service. If you are a minor, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before using the Service.

Estri helps you track your menstrual cycle, log symptoms and lifestyle habits, and see predictions about your period, fertile window, and cycle phases. It also includes Estri Assist, an AI assistant that answers general questions about cycle health based on the information you log.

Predictions and insights are estimates based on the data you provide. Cycle lengths and symptoms vary from person to person, and predictions may be less accurate for irregular cycles or when few cycles have been logged.

Estri is a wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it is not a contraceptive, and it must not be used to prevent pregnancy, diagnose a condition, or decide on a treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, including birth control, fertility, pregnancy, or any symptoms that concern you. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and app lock (PIN or biometric protection) secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

You keep ownership of everything you log in the app, including cycle data, symptoms, notes, and other personal information. You give Estri permission to process that data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our privacy practices.

You may export your cycle history and health data as a PDF report at any time. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes other people's rights, or contains harmful code.

The core tracking features of Estri are free. Some optional features, such as detailed analytics and health reports, may be offered through a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are managed under those platforms' rules. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This means you will not: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app; copy, resell, or sublicense the Service; interfere with its operation; scrape or harvest data from the website; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

The Estri name, logo, app design, website content, articles, and underlying software are owned by Estri Healthcare or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission, except for normal personal use of the Service.

The Service links to or relies on third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, and sign-in providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Estri is not responsible for how they operate.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the Service will meet your specific expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estri Healthcare will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profit, or health-related outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if required by law. Where practical, we will tell you before we do so.

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will announce them in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Estri Healthcare's place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Local consumer protection rights that cannot be waived still apply to you.
